We had a terrible experience with this company. First they were incredibly rude and dismissive on the phone. (This should have been the only red flag we needed but we gave them the benefit of the doubt). Then they failed to followup with us as they said they'd do. We asked them for updates on whether they'd done our taxes for over a month, each time being asked first "who are you?", and then being told they were just about to do them. Finally on April 13th we called, got the same response, and had to tell them to cancel the service and that we'd do it all ourselves. At no point were they polite or caring. To top things off, they insisted that we email them our documents (being off-island) through a regular email account, which we felt uncomfortable with. Now these creeps have our personal information on hand, makes me even more uncomfortable. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG AND PLEASE CONSIDER THIS YOUR WARNING.
