Took my daughter in on a Saturday at 2:30ish. To have her bangs trimmed.. May I remind you, prior to going in.. I had called to see if they were open for one and to schedule an appointment. The lady there says.. No need appointment, just come in. We close at 4pm. So that's what I did. I went in and we get denied!!! My daughter couldn't get her hair cut! There were 3 ladies that was working and only one of them had a customer... C'mon people. There was nobody else waiting!
