Yesterday, they didn't have the Econ 360 textbook in stock (required for a class they offer). Today, I call and inquire. I ask when it's expected, they say none on order. I ask what are my options; they say either pay them $15 for a special order on a required book they should provide for a class they offer, but don't have enough of...or, try buy it online. Thanks, I didn't buy anything.

Not worth the time or money
Stood in line more than 15 minutes. Cashier waves me over. I needed to rent 1 book, buy another. She says she doesn't do rentals, wait for another cashier. So I have to stand and wait another 5 minutes.
