Excellent attitudes and customer service.
I called their store to get a quote to purchase 4 new tires. I gave them all the information that was found on the tires that was already on our vehicle. I really don't think that he knew what he was talking about because he kept asking me what type of tire I wanted and I kept telling him the same kind that we have now or something compatible to the numbers I gave him. You would think that they would be able to cross match with the numbers I gave him. There were no other numbers on the tires for me to give. Gave him name of tire, numbers on tire, literally everything that was on the tire and it seemed like he didn't understand. I think they need to train their employees more. Finally gave up, thanked him and hung up to look else where.
Good honest work but SO SO SLOW! good customer service experience everything i go. They had more seating in the waiting room but the recent visit was disappointing because they only had 6 seats total. They were all taken so my son and I were left standing for almost an hour after waiting.
They got me in and out super early before work and I really appreciated that.
I had a scan done to see what was wrong with car AC, it was $1500 to fix, Made a appt, the late afternoon before the apt I called to verify, was told they had to cancel, I said when were you going to let me know?? Not much back for a answer, I made another appt, that too was canceled as the repair guy would be on vacation, what they did not know that when appt was made??? So I took it to Jays auto in Keaau, gave them the printout of problems, cost was $700 less and they did a great job, and in just a day. OH PS, also found out on the printout they had the wrong eng info, which would of affected parts they would of ordered !!! Just because you pay more does not mean you get the best !
Firestone is tops in my opinion. No such thing as better prices, warranties, service, or professionalism. They're so fast and efficient, friendly and patient. They go out of their way to inform the customer, honor their warranties, and offer services at very companies prices. They let me know what my car needs, the best alternatives and such, and they never try to pressure me into buying parts or services. They explain very well what's best and why, and what can be expected in every scenario. I can't say enough good about them.
