There honest and trustworthy, and they save me a lot of driving into Hilo for parts that I need. And if they don't have the parts that I need there in Pahoa they try to bring it in from Hilo.

NAPA has improved a lot in the last 5 years. Now you have knowledgeable and helpful parts guys at the counter. Parts are higher quality than elsewhere.
I ordered and paid for an oil catch and when it came in they forgot to call me. I went to get it, and they had my receipt, but they didn't document something right and couldn't decide if I had already picked it up. They didn't want to give it to me so I called the police and wrote this review. Results TBD, but this is absurd. Terrible
