I am very impressed with Dr. Mau and his team! I was super nervous as I have seen the same dentist for 26 years until I moved to Hawaii. I am so happy I picked Hawaii Family Dental! Dr. Mau was honest but very nice! The dental hygienist and staff were very nice, funny and really helped me relax! I definitely wont be nervous to go back next time!
When I checked in, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Dr. and the hygienist were so very nice and informative, made me feel so relaxed to know what would be happening next. The hygienist stayed with me and doctor right thru the whole procedure, and accompanied me to the waiting area and explained to my wife what as done, and what needed to be done when I leave. I am already booked for my next visit. I never like going back to dentist, with this dentist I am looking forward to my next appointment.
Besides having one of the most tranquil window views I can think of, my Doc (Dr. Hamakawa) and all the staff are very friendly, funny, and professional. I have had several major procedures and all without problems.
This was the best dental experience I had. The office staff is very friendly. Clean, organized and comfortable atmosphere. My dentist and hygienist were both informative and very professional. I would definitely recommend Hawaii Family Dental to my family and friends.
