Cannot have enough nice things to say about BIG. As other reviewers have already mentioned Mikale takes care of you!! When I purchased a home that was off-grid, I knew next to nothing about solar power. He literally takes you by the hand, and very patiently walks you step by step with everything that's involved because when you are newbie to this, it can all feel incredibly daunting.
The best place in town for complete off-grid systems, hands down! Mikale is incredibly helpful, a pleasure to work with, full of Aloha, and always receives you with a warm welcome. He takes interest and time learning about each person's unique off-grid needs and does a phenomenal job at educating, making suggestions and working with your budget. He will look out for you all the way. You can trust him to be there for you before, during and after your project.
There is absolutely no high pressure salesmanship involved. He is straightforward and honest. You tell him what you need, what your energy demands are, what your budget is, etc....and he tells you the things that you need and the things that you don't.
