I have had 17 spec homes built over the years, but this has to be the most inept and unprofessional construction company I've ever had to deal with. Fortunately, I never even got to the building phase with them, but I wasted four months waiting for them to prepare the draw schedule, the construction contract, the full bid, and in the meantime they messed up my plans big time too. Beware, don't let the sweet talk fool you, it covers ineptness!
