I was here this last Saturday7/16 after having a bit of anguish over my results from a place I got my hair done at just 2 days before 7/14. Stephanie worked a miracle for me...seriously. I am VERY happy with the color results and everyone was friendly. I would recommend her to everyone I know! P.S. I am blonde if that helps with ppl searching to go lighter! Mahalo Stephanie!

Do not go here. They don't deserve even a whole star. I simply asked for all my dead hair to be cut off, but she did not cut off any hair at all. The hair on the ground looked as if she just shaved the head of a bald man. There is at least 5 more inches of dead hair, and he just said to condition. I did not pay for advice, I payed for my dead hair to be gone, lady. They have no clue what they are doing.
Never going again!! Went for a cut and color my whole head left disappointed!! Before she put anything in my hair I told her I had box dye in my hair(the 2 dollar hair dye from target) she was perplexed at first but then she said no it'll be fine we can still do it all red. Sat in this chair for over 2 hour with my head burning, she puts 2 different kinds of "red" in my hair, saying it's going to all be red.. While washing it out she says 'oops' and 'dont worry, It's gonna be gorgeous' and 'It's so red' when I get to the mirror I was absolutely pissed off !! My roots dyed bright red, an the rest of my hair as black as when I came in!! With little red blotches everywhere!! I don't like confrontation so I was quiet an I was literally going to pay 140 dollars for a messed up hairstyle but my friend that was with me could not jus keep quiet, it is that bad!! The lady was literally going to charge me for my whole hair done when it clearly wasn't!!! So my friend stepped in an said that I'm not going to pay for something I didn't get, the lady was obviously upset cause I didn't like it. So she said since I don't like it she'll take half off so all I had to pay was 70, but that still seems to be alot for jus my roots dyed, and she was trying to persuade me into liking it but I could not!! This was my first time going to a hair salon an this lady STEPHANIE ruined it for me an made me feel like I was the one in the wrong for being upset that my hair was/is messed up!!
For consistent, friendly, professional and trendy hair needs -- go here! I travel 80 miles back and forth to see Stephanie. She is amazing at understanding my hair style and color wants. She respects that I need a professional image for my career but I like to push the color wheel a tiny bit.
