They have sent me 4 checks all the wrong name wrong address make me get demand resigned this has been going on since April it's December get it together
I have used Title Guaranty Escrow Services many times as part of my real estate business - TG is efficient, responsive and gets the job done
I would advise anyone to avoid this company. They can't keep records or facts straight!

I recently went through old paperwork and found a small refund check from Title Guaranty that I missed and did not cash. I contact them and explained the situation. Title Guaranty said they would reissue a new check, but that I need to send the old check to them. I took the time to send them the check and never heard from them. I had to call them 3 times and now they are telling me that the account was purged and they have no idea whether the check was ever cashed even though they have it in front of them!
Fast and professional all the way. Have not had a bad experience in over a decade of transactions.
