After submitting a ticket appeal I followed up 5 times (saying I was in Hawaii at XX dates to meet up in court). It took over 3 months to receive a letter with a proposed court date at which point I was already gone. I live in Canada so there was no way I could travel back to HI for court.
Believe me. .. god knows everything what anybody do out there?? God knows. See to believe. ... god help me get my baby back with me.... all I need is little baby girl. . In my life again. ... so i can make her more happy. .. again. .
Also, the speeding ticket was for over-taking a car on a legal passing lane when it was safe to do so. You pretty much always have to speed to pass to do it quickly and not endanger oncoming cars. This was in my appeal case...

The response was "you can hire an attorney to represent your case". That is obviously not reasonable seeing as it would cost more than the ticket.
