I called 2 other plumbers besides Tamashiro and they didn't even call me back. Wally called me back in 15 minutes and actually figured out my water flow problem over the phone. Didn't even charge me!
Good guy! I had a water pump failure on a Saturday and Wally was gracious enough to return my call even on his day off. Not all do, or if they answer they are none too friendly. He walked me through some things to try over the phone and even though we were not successful he gave me information to give when calling for service to zone in on the problem, which proved very helpful. Very grateful!
