The landlords claim that these apartments are smoke-free, but many tenants smoke on the grounds and in their units. I often smell smoke inside my unit in the evening, on weekends, and when it rains. Sometimes it smells like cigarette smoke, and sometimes like illegal substances. Not sure exactly which units are producing the smoke, but it is definitely coming from these apartments. Although other tenants regularly smoke outside on the property, landlords do nothing to fix the problem, yet still advertise the apartments as being smoke-free. Also, someone entered my apartment without my consent today, which is against the law. Not sure if it was another tenant or the landlords.
