The Hawaii County Aging Office helped in many ways. My parents are very proud parents including my father and I also needed information because this was the first time in dealing with this and didn't know what to do and this place helped a lot by listening, it was very overwhleming for me because I was dealing with all of this on my own.
I don't even know where to begin with this place because the service that this place has provided me is beyond 100% haha. ALL of the staff has been so helpful and very patient with me.

My father has recently had a stroke, then surgery after his stroke he had his recovery to deal with and my mother wasn't in any better shape, so i flew in from Honolulu to take care of my parents in Hilo. What was suppose to be two weeks turned into over a month, just to go back to honolulu for two weeks, to go back to Hilo for two weeks.
Very informative and helpful staff providing handicap parking permits and other human services .
I took my father here for the first time and he couldn't stop complimenting this place. I wish you all could teach the next generation coming in about customer service.
