Very unreliable!!! There are people who depend on the bus to get to work and very disappointing that we can't count on this mode of transportation here on the Big Island!
The bus is NEVER on time, and then you wonder if the bus broke down AGAIN! Why have a bus service if they can't even have a reliable service that runs on time.... Then.... They want to charge you 2 bucks (about the same fee as honolulu, that is much MUCH better) This service sucks
It's either consistently late, broken down somewhere along the route or never shows up for whatever reason!

More often more than 40 minutes late than on time. Don't rely on for a job! The bus drivers are nice enough but there is great need for a schedule readjustment.
