I will be staying in Hawaii for the month of July. I'm a single woman, who has never spent time on the big island. I called to ask if there were places I should avoid, while on the island. I would ask the same question to any local police department, were I to go to a new area. The woman I spoke to, basically shouted at me, and was incredibly rude. She said that anything could happen to me anywhere. I don't think that my question was an absurd one, and I resented being dealt with in such an unhelpful, and unkind manner.
Was not helpful did not let me finish speaking and did not do there job correctly, sad excuse for a police station.
Friendly environment although i would highly not recommend "dropping" the soap in the "changing rooms"
This is where you go to get your drivers license. The workers there were helpful! Also pretty cool.
