She said I need to come back without my children and that my 4 years old daughter resting her arms and head on counter (that she counts money onto) was unsanitary. I attempted to rebook the appointment, first they were not available on Fridays, then she told me they could not book appt for Wednesday or Thursday afternoon. I asked her if she was trying to make it impossible and what position she plays because I would not ever want her "care" if she was a practitioner. She then said I need to seek care elsewhere.
I said family practice my butt* and obviously I would never go back there....
Absolutely rudest and worst service ever. Walked in with my children who have sunspots due to their fair skin. I had an appointment that I had to wait for 2 months. The blonde receptionist treated me like me and my children where the plague.
