The service we received on our lawn mower was excellent. Our technician was very knowledgeable and thorough every step of the way. He kept in communication with us the entire time as far as when to expect the new replacement parts and up to the minute time of his arrival.
The repair man came within the scheduled time frame and called ahead as expected. He was careful with my surroundings and replaced the part properly and asked for my approval. The service was excellent.
The repairman called prior to coming out to my home. Arrived at the time he stated. He was very patient and asked questions about the problems we were experiencing. He was then very efficient and effective in his diagnosis and was able to remedy the problems through his quick repair. (Great when a repair person has the proper tools to complete the job!) He also provided tips on how to get the best service use and life of our riding mower and how to make it cut most effectively for our lawn layout.
