I was completely satisfied with the service provided by Moke’s. We were without power due to a downed power line. Justin sensed our urgency and reshuffled their schedule to coordinate with HELCO, meet our needs and got our power back on. From the initial friendly voice of Denise on my first call to Justin and his team’s quality and on time response to my electrical needs. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.
I am 100% satisified with the service and work completed by Moke. Highly recommended electrian. The BEST on big island and all of Hawaii. If you need any electrial work done call Moke he is the man!
On Friday I had Justin come out to take a look at my Pool Timer. He had told me I needed a new timer. I told him that I was leaving Sunday for treatment in a hospital. He had told me he be sure to come out before I leave. I was so happy I gave him $20.00 for lunch for him and Mike. On Saturday I called Moke's Electric. His Mom answer the phone I had said when will Justin come to my house? She had said not this weekend he's on the other side of the island and he has too many jobs? I had said I will have a huge electric bill may be like $400.00 his Mom says to me my bill is $800.00? I had to have the pump running or have a nest of mosquitoes in the water not running. Besides, The pump running 24 hours a day until I got back it probably burn the pump out? I have to pay for a new pump and to have it installed probably cost me over $800.00 besides the $400.00 for the electric. Justin just didn't care about me or his mother to help me in a emergency. Thank You for Handy Man Services got an electrician out cost me a little bit more an emergency crisis. But! Now! I know who to depend on. I trusted Justin to keep his word and he lied to me. I gave him $20.00 for lunch being happy that he fix my problem before I would leave. He never showed up ! I will never rely on Moke's Electric ever again. I will never have him work for me and I will tell others about what happened.
