So far I'm pleased with the clinic and Dr. Hopman. The rest of the practitioners and staff seem very competant.
Worst medical center ever. Extremely unprofessional. I called in requesting my medical history get sent over to me and the woman who answered said she probably couldn't do that, with no explanation what so ever. She actually just hung up on me! When I called back I asked to speak with a manager, where another young woman answered and I seriously doubt she was a manager, none the less "the only one". She said i have to send the request in writing but there would be a good chance they can't release it. Which ok, makes no sense... Its my medical history... But when I asked where to send it and who to put attention she said herself "Lori" no last name. And gave me an attitude about it too. Like I was asking for her ssn or something. Anyway this place is horrible. Do not ever go there.
have to wait a long time to see the guy, and you better be nice or you wont be back twice.
The entire staff at The Family Medicine Center has been professional, caring, and cheerful with my every visit. Dr. Hopman is a thorough and knowledgeable physician who has been helpful with my assorted questions and concerns.
Dr. Dolan is awesome, staff is helpful and friendly. Been with this office for 10 years and have never had a problem. Quick & efficient.
