The waiting room is gloomy while you wait your number to be called. But when someone comes to help you they're really nice and do their best with whatever your situation is.
VERY friendly and helpful. FULLY ADA accessible (which was a nice change from the N. Hilo office which IS NOT. VERY friendly people, and full of helpful information and very understandable, accommodating to many situations.
