From the hold music to the customer service at the physical location nothing about this place is designed to be streamlined or simple, it's sad enough this nation seems to not want to provide the most poor and desperate people with health care but it's a whole Nother thing when you can't even contact basic customer service or they cancel your coverage due to a mailing discrepancy . I'm guessing whoever designed this program was conservative Republican, or just plain stupid. I'm sure they require three forms of ID because they're really worried about your identity couldn't have anything to do with excluding people from coverage, I mean what homeless person doesn't have their birth certificate Social Security and drivers license ?? Oh all of them?? Yeah I know, it's like mini treason treating homeless veterans in Americans like the way they do. Do not take any of their words about the status of your paperwork or coverage this place is designed to disqualify people call them go in the store and be proactive about checking your status or you will be denied and they will not tell you. Shame on you
