Worst company ever if you're looking to sell your home. After 10 months nothing was done, real estate agent assigned was awful. Would have gone with another company had we known considering we bought through Caldwell thought it would be a great idea to sell with them. Horrible experience
Terrible experience. Required multiple emails, phone calls, texts, and messaging to get a response. Showed rental properties that were filthy and had trash bags piled inside and out (dared ask us to remove shoes before entering...we were more likely to carry dirt OUT of the house than IN to it); agent showed zero interest in helping us find a place. Don't waste your time with them. Descriptions of houses were dishonest: i.e. "recently renovated" translated into "it might have been painted" when the agent tried to explain the outdated kitchen with missing fixtures.
Roll the dice on craigslist instead...save yourself time by skipping using this company.
I hired Coldwell Banker to manage my property in Pittsburgh PA because I was moving to Hawaii. The girl assigned could not even run an ad on Craigslist or Zillow so I had to run all the ads myself. I gave her over 60 qualified leads and she failed to rent one of the apartments in over 6 months. She was reported a leak by the another tenant in December of 2015 and the leak was not fix which resulted in damages and rent lost of over $9200.00. I filed an ethic complaint with NAR and they protected Coldwell Banker with a 180 day rule which they said I should have known about. Since Coldwell Banker was paying them for this honor NAR did not allow any ethics complaint to be filed against them. I call many attorneys and they all said I would be wasting my time trying to recover such damages because I was so far away. Saying most cases do not pay any attorney fees or travel cost.
Worst rental company EVER!! We over paid our rent by 250 a month for a year. No refund!! They nit pick everything! And they never return calls or come fix anything when you do call. The list could go on and on. I don't know how this company is still in business. I would caution people from ever going through them!! Only giving them 1 star because I cant go any lower!
I filled out applications for house or apartment. They say I need 6 thousand dollars to rent a house in the bank. I just want to put down deposit and first months rent. melesangels3@gmail
Coldwell Banker transferred their property management division to Property Frameworks without proper notice and then this new company charged me for the water leak cleanup of mold and mildew which was over $3000.00. This new company charged me $850.00 for agent running ads to rent my property which was a total fraud. Coldwell Banker hides behind false ethics and should never be trusted. They are above the law against any normal client. Beware this company has no ethics at all and will never address any problems they create. If there was a minus star that would be close to what they are. They are all smiles when you signing a contract but will burn you in the end. Don't let there smiles con you. Yes this is Frank sue me Coldwell Banker if you think something is untrue here.
