Their rental application form said I was disqualified for having bad credit. This was not true... I have always paid what I owe.
Repair requests are easy to submit on-line, and handled very promptly. Unlike the other big property manager in town. I won't name them, but it rhymes with "Hey Um". As in, "Hey, um..., are you ever going to fix the thing that broke months ago?"
Is business that bad that they have to steal $20 from kids who don't know any better. They never rented before so no references, but I guess you forgot to mention that. I hope you sleep well at night scammers
Although I've owned my own home, I've never borrowed money. That's not the same as having borrowed and defaulted.
