The food is delicious. The chili oil tastes really good. It takes about 15 minutes to serve my beef pho. The room uses several fans to keep it cool, but it still feels hot, especially after I take the soup with some chili oil. Prepare to sweat.

A modest, unassuming little Pho shop tucked behind Garden Exchange in downtown Hilo, might not look like much from the outside, but when there's a small crowd waiting at the door at 10:45 in the morning, you know its got to be good!
Absolutely love this place. I come here at least once a week and get beef stew or comb chicken...
Simple menu. Fast and friendly service. Prices are low. Not the best I've had but so far, the best on this island and they speak Vietnamese.
