How lucky I was that Dr Kurohara took me in as his patient. This has got to be the most loving, caring, do whatever it takes to make you well doctors I have ever known in all of my life. Not only is he a wonderful doctor but so is his entire staff. Hilo is so blessed to have his doctor in our little rainy city!

Absolutely love Dr. Kurohara, and I have been his patient for years! Nothing but good things to say in regards to quality of care received, and also very kind and knowledgeable. But I recently got "dropped" by them. Receptionist said I could not continue to have Dr. Kurohara as PCP because I have not been there in 3 years, but I told her it's because I'm a healthy 30-something adult. Really sad to drop an established patient just because I haven't been seen by the physician for a while. Im so sad to longer be a patient of his.
