Ace is a great place to get your hardware stuff. No need to walk five miles like that big box store to find everything you need. And all the employees are very helpfully..
I must say that there has never been any qualms when it comes to shopping at Ace Hilo and Kea'au as well. The staff is always ready with a smile and the level of courtesy they show always leaves me smiling and without sounding cheesy, it gives me the "warm fuzzies." I am critical of customer service, after working in various aspects and at all levels over 30+ years. The consistency in my experiences at Ace have been what's kept and will keep me returning.
