Normally Im an HPM fan but lately things seem to have slipped...
Locally owned and operated hard ware store. Not as big as the big box stores but they have great customer service!
Moving the paint Dept from a convenient drive up, into the main store, now requires a hundred steps to get in to find a clerk youve never seen before and then they and you have to do another hundred steps out to the front or back parking...where it was almost no steps before....
Next is turnover in the Lumber Dept....used to be pleasant knowledgeable crew who knew you and lumber well.....now it seems like they change every month or so.....so being a "Regular" has no value whatever....
