I'll be nice and give this place 2 stars. It is more expensive than other gyms I think are better. If you like old, crusty, rusty, and dusty, then this is your place. But it's not for me, sorry.
It's super affordable with good hours, and there is usually parking. The area on the Bayfront may not be the safest parking, and the gym itself is quite rusty with older equipment. If you need to get in shape it has everything you need, with some grunting guys lifting nearby to-boot.
This is a great gym, the staff n people are cool. Has all the right tools you need to get fit and can't argue with 24hours
It's where I go to get WORK done. People there are friendly but animalistic when it comes to training, crazy motivation. Monsters frequent that spot.
I just recently signed up for membership. And, I'm loving it. I'm sticking with it...
