Proving they are the best in premium service. The environment is clean and comfortable. The staff are all professional and friendly. I left my massage almost feeling like I was walking in a cloud. Definitely VERY relaxed!
3) Toward the end of the massage I rolled onto my right side (I'm very prego and can't lay on my back) and opened my eyes to see a man doing some kind of repair work above the wall frame!! The walls are cubical style, with a foot or two gap at the top. I don't know how long he was up there, but if I could see him and the details of his face, he could definitely see me! When I pointed him out, he was asked to get down, to which I heard him respond "I'm done anyway" without apology. This particular room is at the front, near the receptionist desk, which makes me wonder how he was allowed to climb up there in the first place knowing the room was occupied.
I decided to check this place out after I heard it was under new ownership and had moved locations, and I am so glad I did! This tiny gem is tucked away down the street from the Palace Theater and has some of the best therapists and a nice, easy-going atmosphere. Jayne gave an amazing massage and really listened to my requests, and the owner, Cheriess was warm and affable. The entire staff is courteous, professional, and friendly. I would recommend this to anyone who really needs a good massage, or is just looking for a nice break from their day-to-day routine.
After all was said and done I was told no charge which I appreciated, and did not ask for. The masseuse still got a tip, as it wasn't her fault.
This place is a great place to get a massage. The therapists are very intuitive when it comes to the gift of helping their clients. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs to relax, it is quaint and comfortable and immediately puts you at ease.
1) They didn't have my appointment I had made two days prior, but were accommodating and got me in anyway which was nice.
I wasn't expecting anything extravagant or fancy. However, I don't enjoy feeling like I was giving someone a peep show. Won't be returning.
I have had such an amazing massage here that I gift my clients a massage when they arrive. All the masseuse are wonderful. I love the atmosphere. Can't recommend highly enough!
