Had stove problems. Called and got an appointment the very next day. Logan showed up right on time. Nice guy and he knew what he was doing. He checked the voltage and it turned out to be an electrical problem instead. He didn't charge us for the visit. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone needs help with their appliances!
The worst experience of a deceitful repair person and untrustworthy with appliance parts. Logan's will give you free of charge scratches on your hardwood floor loaded with lots of arrogance. After charging outrageous price to fix refrigerator, the food spoiled and refrigerator replaced

Dryer was not heating, called an was able to schedule appt. next day. Arrived on time and friendly. Proceeded to diagnose issue as broken heating element which he showed me. Did not have particular part in stock but was able to get in from Oahu in two business days. Replaced part and working great. Very professional and displayed pride in his work, which was displayed by taking apart dryer for a second time to check tightness of screws because he heard a rattling which was inaudible to me, amongst other things. Price was fair, would hire again if needed.
