Andrea A'ana is not to be trusted. She is unfair to the elderly /disabled and is even making us take her to court to get our deposit back which was kept by her for over 30 days with NO REASON. Is this even legaI ReMax??? I agree 0 stars was not an option.
The previous comments spell it out perfectly. I live in a different complex bought out by Remax and managed by Andrea and they are not to be trusted. They have made empty threats to force people into staying or leaving and then held us to a 28 notice when we found a place and we're ready to leave. Meanwhile, they offered another apartment the opportunity to leave on the first (because it was about to be the most expensive unit in the complex.) Andrea will leave notes at your door rather than talk to you or treat you like a person. Expect the worst from Remax.
I have never in my life dealt with a property management so not willing to take care of any repairs that require safety and the well being of my ohana. Beware. I would have gave no stars but their was no option. Andrea Aana is a terrible property manager. Really do your research before signing any paperwork.
