Service is great!! My buying experience not so much..I found the general manager quite rude and aggressive.And I paid more then I should have but I felt very intimidated by him,and just wanted my car and to leave there.I love my Kia...and Andrew the service manager was awesome..Next time I will drive to Kona..to buy and I will bring a man with me.I do not recommend any first time new car buyer to go there,the experience was very unpleasant.But service department is great a very nice experience..
I purchase two vehicles from this dealership and can say I'm completely satisfied with the vehicles and the service the two downfalls would be the general manager who is very aggressive and pushy and the lack of parking. Though on the other hand all the salesman I've worked with have been really laid-back and extremely helpful I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from this dealership again.
