Based on testimony from numerous other Honda consumers, I am definitely not the only one being menaced by these torture devices. It's a shame too...since the vehicle is fairly decent otherwise.
My issue isn't with the facility or with the staff per se. As a consumer new to the leasing process, the fine print of the contract was barely shown to me let alone explained. My real issue though is a simple 'buyer-beware' warning about the driver's seat in the 2017 Honda Fit!
Within a few days of driving it, my neck began to hurt and all the salesperson advised was to get a "back brace for the seat" for "lumbar support".

What started out as acute discomfort during longer drives has turned into chronic debilitating pain in my back, hips and glutes, radiating down the back of my legs -- whenever I drive the Fit. I am now seeking both medical care and legal council to remedy this transportation nightmare. I have to have 3 different memory foam supports just to go from point A to B without being in pain. When I called the main Honda corporate office the person I spoke to says he opened a claim for me but that was months ago...I have heard nothing back.
Service is phenomenal. Went in looking for a new vehicle, walked away with a fresh pair of keys to my brand new 2017 Honda Accord Sport SE. I had Scott and Kaitlyn help me, who were both great and friendly. They made it painless and effortless. Happy customer I am!
