Great surf, beautiful spot. Lots of kooks, lots of boogey boarders. Still fun AF.
Grew up on this side. Surfed the break a lot while learning as a kid and I still surf here. I love when the sandbar comes back. Perfect for the toddler I have now! Sooner than later I'll have her out there and at this shore break too!!
Fun to watch surfers here. Also a great place to collect sea glass in Hawaii! The surf is very strong and I got swept out once but a surfer helped me get back to shore. I recommend bringing flippers for the current.
Great place to surf, but Rocky getting out. There are bathrooms, but not a great place to lay out and relax. Parking can get a bit sketchy as well,
