Absolutely best car rental experience I've ever had! From the flawless pick up at Kona airport to the very polite & friendly return at Hilo airport. The 2 different rentals I had for 2 months were perfect! Clean & ran like a dream!

I had a wonderful experience at this location with Thirfty. Michelle and David were amazing. We returned our car early because we had some change in the plans. They took care of it and dropped us to our hotel.

I said what if I go next door .. She said go ahead they won't have anything available. I did .. & drove away with a Checy Cruze for $256.00

I told them the website says 20.00 additional for the whole week. She said she doesn't have to hobor that. I also showed her the $11.00 per day insurance policy she said she didn't have to honor that. My $256 quote is now over $600.00.
....maybe the people that give bad reviews should adjust how they conduct themselves & they might get better service? It's called kindness & Karma!

My worst car rental experience in over 30 years renting cars. When I arrived they offered me a smaller car than I reserved. Told ne I would have to pay $25.00 per day for next size up. I'm 6'4'' they tried to give me a Nissan that would almost fit into my pocket.
