Helpful and patient staff. Helped us transfer our account which was tricky.
Walked into the store and there were 2 employees working that were busy helping other customers. I walked around looking at phones for about 5 minutes and then sat down and waited another 15. That entire time I was waiting no one even made eye contact or acknowledged that I had entered the store. I wasn't even sure if they had seen me! After one of the customers one of the employees finally paid me some attention and was able to help solve my problem. In the time I was waiting one other person had walked in and they also didn't acknowledge her. She was much less patient than me and walked out. I was very close to walking out. A simple "welcome" would have been nice.
Knowledgeable staff, way more convenient than AT&T on Kilauea (shorter wait time, more parking). Payments accepted a big plus and clean store!
