Even though there's another one very close, I still prefer this store. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. The other one, not so much. They seem to be more focused on just the sale, while Waiakea GS is customer-based.

I bought a used console for my kids and Isaac was extremely helpful in making sure I had everything I needed. He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in my needs as a customer, traits that you don't see a lot in retail.
