The staff there are always very helpful. I have been with AT&T since 2002, and the company has always treated me well. Once I went WAY over in my minutes, and they allowed me to retroactively change plans, saving over a thousand dollars! I HIGHLY recommend AT&T!

Everyone at the store and on the phone was very nice and apologetic but there "nothing anyone can do". Apparently AT&T doesn't think it is their fault that they committed fraud and are not willing to fix it.
Very disappointed. After spending 3 hours at the store and signing up for a plan, 3 days later none of the equipment will work and my plan has been deactivated. When I call for support I am told that I will have to pay $75 more per month than quoted to get the same plan and it is too late to return the equipment and I am locked into a 2 year contract that ultimately will cost me $1875.00 more than I was quoted. This is fraud!!!
I went back after not having a working phone for 3 weeks - they were not friendly very difficult to get help. First person could not figure out my phone and the next person helped me - neither person smiled - or made me feel welcome - I was very happy to leave - I do not want to go back - I still have to reformat my phone - I did not want to stay and ask - I will search the internet for directions -
Nice, clean and friendly service _ my phone still doesn't work but I will accept 70 percent of the blame. I have to go back
Wade was great. Duder listened to me and knew that I could handle setting everything up on my own. I just had to wait a little bit (twas the end of the day).
