Cheapest place to stay but if your looking for fancy this isn't it.... Just have to fight the bugs
It could use some cleaning up and renovations. The stairs look like they are gonna fall apart and the elevator is sketchy.
Definitely a best kept secret in Hawaii right next to the most expensive hotels of town. I walked everywhere except when I took taxi tours to learn where to go to live native. But don't be prissy about your beach front room. Quiet, fantastic view. No safes in hotel, but everybody left me alone. Washer and dryer, nice because a person sure goes through a lot of clothes in Hawaii. Two minute walk to public golf course, empty in the middle of the afternoon.
