I would like to mention that the wifi isn't great. It may have been better in the office. I considered it a gift. No guilt about answering emails. Simply serenity. We spent the week unplugged for the most part doing puzzles and playing games in the evening. This isn't something we ever do.
By far the greatest Vacation Home ever. Words are unable to describe it but I will try: exotic, green, beautiful, stunning, awesome, romantic, paradise, gardens, lush, tropical, incredible. Simply amazing.
This has to be one of the most unique secluded and beautiful places I've been lucky enough to stay. I've dreamed of staying in the rainforest. This fulfilled my wish. The only sound you hear is the waterfalls and nature. The home is an amazing backdrop for the incredible scenery. It's an experience none of us will forget. I'm a neat freak and had concerns about bugs and cleanliness. This home is one of the most spotless places I've ever stayed.
One recommendation would be for the owners to supply chip clips to seal all open food bags. Ziploc bags are also a must. There were a tiny army of ants that managed to find their way into our food. Chip clips would be an environmentally friendly option over plastic bags. It would have made a world of difference. We had to throw out a lot of food.
I'm sure we will be back. It doesn't get much better. Perfection would be a walk in shower in the Master Ensuite and a BBQ off the kitchen hallway.
Best vacation home we have been to. Impeccably maintained. lovely memories.
