The driver and the staff were AMAZING! This is something we’ve never done before and we’re very nervous and excited! I, myself wanted to quit and the staff reassured me and made me feel safe and comfortable. The computers were down and we haven’t been able to see photos of us zip lining. We are hoping that gets fixed as we are eager to show our family our experience!
Most amazing experience, very organised and prioritised safety first and fun. Amazing views. The three team members who helped our group- Devin, Nicole and Ika, were funny, energetic and encouraging. Would definitely do it again and I highly recommend it.
once at the place they had me step on a scale and then said i was to big to ride, but they did not say there was a weight limt when we booked. they would not give me my money back so i had to walk along.
What an awesome experience - the crew were superb! Particularly massive thanks to Mike Dishman ("Captain Mike") for looking after our initially very nervous 5yo son whom he rode tandem with, while still taking great care of the rest of the group. This was a bit of a challenge for a couple of folk in our group but we felt really safe.
Had such a great experience with the crew! The energy within our group stayed positive and the zip lines were awesome. The staff made us all feel welcome and made us laugh throughout the day. Definitely recommend zip line through paradise :)
