They have skrewed my acct. I have witnessed them send anoying customers to voice mail as well as accidently on purpose hang up on them.
-Can I cancel my account (iPhone 7 had a manufacturing fault) here since the phone is useless?
-Can I use your phone to call Sprint customer service since my phone is broken: No.
-Can I get a statement here (customer service told me to get it there)?
