Friendly host. But the small room is REALLY small, with low ceilings.
Loved my stay! The Goodes are very friendly and have excellent advice if you ask for it. The room was cosy, breakfast was fantastic and the shower was better than at most fancy hotels!! The location is also perfect to visit the island. I drove all around and it felt great to come "home" to Island Goode's!
Great little place near Hilo. Comfortable beds and nice breakfast with local fruit and bread. Was only here for a couple of nights but would stay here again if we ever return.
